This week LMI Custom Mixing, a Cambridge-based custom polymer and rubber mixing company, announced the promotion of Kenneth Bozarth to Team Leader. Bozarth joined LMI over nine years ago and has played an integral role in LMI’s ability to best serve customers’ needs with efficient production of the highest-quality compounds. Bozarth has advanced through positions from Production Associate and Shift Champion, to his recent promotion to Team Leader where he will lead and manage daily production operations for his team.
